Happy Valentine’s Day!

 Life is wonderful!  Feeling a bit stressed about going to a “new” place to consult. I mentioned it to Dr. Chen.  His simple, yet profound response was “Place does not matter, same stuff.”

 I’m back.  He’s right!

• EVERYONE wants to feel valued and respected.

• EVERYONE needs encouragement.

• Kindness counts...a genuine smile, a heartfelt “please” and “thank you.”

Today’s leaders know that everything they say and do either builds the self-esteem of others or destroys it.  There are NO neutral actions.

Question for Reflection

How often are you kind?

The choice is ALWAYS yours!
