an organization, correct?

“secret” is how they made you feel. They made you feel like a
“super star.”
Why? Somehow in this unpredictable world, they were
predictable. You consistently felt...
- Safe and able to express your
wants, fears, dreams, passion et al without worry of judgment.
- Truly listened to and thus valued.
- They had your best interest at heart.
- Their mere presence added a sense of calm and confidence in your
self.
- They valued what was right more than self interest.
- Trusted thereby creating a connection
of trust and
mutual respect.
- They were credible and considerate, even compassionate.
Yes, you felt like a SUPER STAR!
Today’s leaders know the “secret.”
They treat others as if they were “super stars” in every single moment, in
every single way.

How many “super
stars” do you have in your universe?
The choice is ALWAYS yours!
