Today’s Leaders

I was in the presence of greatness this month.  A client, while speaking to his troops in several settings, had the courage to admit that upon reflection, he realized the company was “having success” without being a “successful company.”  And that currently they were not a team and “together we can be so much more.”

People were quiet.  His words simple, yet profound.

He has made public his transformation from manager to leader … from efficient to effective.  He is quite conscious that the hard work begins now to execute on his intentions.

Today’s leaders choose to be accountable in every single moment, in every single way.

Questions for Reflection

Are you having success without being successful?

Are you leaving a legacy or strewn bodies?

The choice is ALWAYS yours.
