- Any governance model works when the relationships are aligned.
Another way of stating this is:
- It’s all about the relationships.
- It’s all about TRUST.

In case you or your organization are “out of air” and stuck, please consider the following:
There are no victims. There is no “them.”

Ask yourself, “How have I contributed to this situation?”
There is always something to learn.

Imagine you had 2 lessons to learn from this experience, what would they be?

Who are my stakeholders?
Do I understand their business reality and success measures?
What is the most pragmatic action I could take today to be better aligned for success?
