·                    That people want to feel a positive emotional connection in these ever-changing times.

·                    That each and every interaction either builds a sense of significance and a connection or destroys it.  There are NO neutral actions.

·                    That a warm spirit and positive attitude are as important as their credentials.

 

Thus, today’s leaders keep their warm spirits and positive attitudes by …

 

·                    Choosing their focus in every single moment.

·                    Assuming good intent until proven otherwise.

·                    Understanding everyone is doing their best in any given moment or they would choose otherwise … including themselves.

·                    Realizing there are NO failures, only feedback.  There is ALWAYS a gift.

·                    Moving past their “ghosts” and thus choosing to respond versus react to situations and people in the present.

 

Today’s leaders, through their warm spirits and positive attitudes, create positive emotional connections in every single moment, in every single way.
