·                    They know then that there is no failure, only feedback.  Thus, they will ALWAYS be given the chance to choose again more wisely.

·                    They choose more wisely by balancing their minds and hearts to create a more trusting and saner workplace that cultivates a climate for extraordinary success even in volatile times.

Today's leaders unleash the individual's potential for GREATNESS by exhibiting compassion and consideration in every single moment, in every single way.
