  • Have authentic conversations. “What do you think?” “What have we learned from this?” “How can I help you succeed?”

  • Drive accountability by giving constructive, instructive feedback backed by consequences when appropriate.

  • Ignite the souls of the people they serve by being an enthusiastic role model instead of preaching and droning on.

  • Smile when they talk about their colleagues, their customers and the future!
